How do I place an order?

Find an invitation in our gallery and click on its yellow "order" button.

Specify wording

When you place an order, we send you an online form to complete. (See an example form here and our text suggestions page for wording ideas).

Printing options

Once you have checked and approved the proofs, you can print them yourself at home or have us print them professionally.

 

Can I see a sample?

Yes, we can post a sample to you. We charge $5 for each sample. Order a sample by emailing us via the request a wedding invitation samples page.

Can you print the invitations and post them to us?

But I want to print the invitations at home. Is that difficult?

No, it couldn't be simpler. Each invite comes with a downloadable PDF file that includes a detailed flow chart and step by step instructions. To learn more about producing the invites at home go to the DIY wedding invitations page where you can download and view the PDF instructions.

Can you design other elements like a second version of the wedding invite or order-of-service?

Yes, the $45 stationery set includes a number of elements already but if you require something else we charge a design fee of $10 per element. We can design things like an alternative version of the invite, an order of service card and menus. If you get us to do the printing, we refund the $10.

Do I get to check your work before I have them printed?

The designer will send you a digital proof to approve and if need be, they will make further changes and send you another proof (two digital proofs are included in the price, additional proofs are $10 each). If you are paying for the custom design service then you get unlimited digital proofs.

Can I change the text myself on the PDF files?

No, PDF files are not editable.

How do I pay?

When you submit the form we will ask for payment at that point. If you live in New Zealand we will ask you to transfer the money into our BNZ bank account. If you live in another country we will send you a link so that you can pay using PayPal.

Yes, PayPal is incredibly safe – that's why we choose it. It is one of the world's leading ecommerce suppliers and used by thousands of sites around the globe. It accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
